The AIFF’s Elite Academy boys comprising of the Indai Under-19 National Team blanked Sesa Football Academy 6-0 in a Training Match at the Chowgule College Ground in Goa where they are based for their training.
A glut of goals in the first half took the match beyond doubt as Udanta Singh (20th), Daniel Lalhlimpuia (22nd), Shaiborlang Karpan (29th), S.K. Faiz (30th), Germanpreet Singh (34th) and Uttam Rai (38th) found the back of the net in quick succession.
The Boys who are preparing for the AFC Under-19 Championship qualifiers to be held in Qatar in October 2013 are presently training under head coach Colm Joseph Toal in Goa.
In earlier practice matches the India U-19 boys beat Margao XI and Sesa Goa XI.
